Went in for a late dinner, and had a superb experience. The staff were welcoming, and on top of everything. The recommendations made (pasta, appetizers, and dessert), were all delicious!! Can’t wait to come back!

Rare to give 5 stars all around. No salt is neede on the table here. This is one of 2 of the only restaurants in Vancouver that season food correctly. Gr8 service, tender beef in the Italian Sandwich and that Calabrian relish! Garlic parm wedges were perfectly deep fried and seasoned. Pizzas were thin,crispy and topped with quality fresh ingredients for a simple satisfying meal. Our entrees were flawlessly prepared with superb attention to detail and plated artfully. Liberty kitchen is a fine example of a small specialized menu served correctly. Will certainly return.

Awesome dinner. The food was perfect and excellent with beautiful presentation. Great atmosphere! The best part of the evening was how the regional chef interacted with our kids, allowing them to come into the kitchen and make their own pizza. What a great experience! Side note- they don’t have a kids menu listed, but they will verbally tell you what they have for kids meals while you are there; for example spaghetti and meatballs, pizzas, etc. We were in the area for a soccer tournament and will definitely be returning. 5 stars for sure!

I ate here two times in a span of two weeks. Once with the happy hour menu and a dinner service. I had the liberty nachos for happy hour and a glass of red wine. The nachos is packed with meat and lots of flavour; it’s really good and the size for perfect for sharing. For dinner, my sister and I shared the Spaghetti Meatballs and Tempura fried shrimp and both are highly recommend. It’s my first time trying the tempura shrimp and I’m so happy I got it. It has a hint spice and the garlic aioli balanced the whole dish. The spaghetti meatballs is just as delish as I remembered from before. I’m glad they still make it the same way. The guy that was helping us during dinner service was really busy but he took care of us. He was checking in on all his tables and I just love his energy. Everyone else is really friendly too, great service from everyone. I can’t wait for my next visit.

This the first time we visited even though we come to surrey often. The food blew my expectations. The truffle meatball pasta was so creamy and had a very distinct truffle flavour. It wasnt salty which was appropriate. The meatballs were massive and very tender, and rhe marinara sauce complimented perfectly with the truffle cream white sauce. Plus there was basil and a nice portion of parmeshan cheese. The salad, arugula salad, and pizza were also delicious, flavourful, and great portions. Quite expensive but very delicious high end restaraunt and highly recommend. PLUS, they accoodated our dietary restrictions easily, creating custom vegan cheese for the pizza and a vinegarette sauce instead of creame sauce for the salad, because we are lactose intolerant. Will definitely come again!

My partner and I went here for the first time after craving some pasta. We were sat quickly on a busy Friday night. Our server was alright, friendly but didn’t really engage with us compared to other tables. But hey, all good. What really matters is the food and what I would recommend is the Truffle and cream meatball spaghetti, spaghetti carbonara and the tempura shrimp. A++. The biltmore was good, never had a pizza with shrimp on it before. Wedges were good but you know, potatoes are good anyways. The “you had me at rose” was good. Overall, would recommend and would be back :)

We came for dinner, after dark. The atmosphere was somehow fancy and relaxed. The cool dim lighting, tasteful decor and pleasant music all came together to create a really lovely ambience. The perfect environment for a date, or to wind down at the end of the day, or to connect with friends. Atmosphere is one of the top things I look for in a restaurant and this one had it made. The food was really delicious as well and the price was fair. From what we tried, I was left feeling excited to try more of their dishes on future visits. It seems they have an edge on some common dishes - for example, I would say that their breaded shrimp appetizer was elevated in its flavor profile. Surprisingly zesty and having more complexity than you would expect. Our server, Meenlen, really added value to our experience. She was sincere and warm and seemed to genuinely care about our experience. Sophia also took care of us and was a delight. I encourage you to try this place out. I'm confident that you will find it to be money well spent, and a place to return to.
